Real-world usage provides valuable feedback that helps TCP improve workflows, usability, reliability, and product-market fit.
Organizations remain responsible for maintaining appropriate business records and operational processes during the Pilot Program.
7. Feedback & Product Development
Pilot participants agree to provide reasonable feedback regarding their experience using TCP.
Feedback may include:

Organizations may request a data export in a format supported by TCP.
Data exports may be subject to technical limitations, administrative review, or processing time requirements.
10. Transition to Public Availability
The Pilot Program is considered part of TCP's launch process.
TCP does not anticipate a separate product relaunch following the Pilot Program.
At TCP's discretion, the Pilot Program may conclude when the platform reaches sufficient stability, functionality, and readiness for broader public adoption.
