Your consent for automated and AI-assisted features.

Purpose

TCP includes automation features and automated workflows designed to reduce administrative work, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the user experience.

By creating an account, accessing, or using TCP, you acknowledge and agree that certain platform functions may be performed automatically in accordance with platform settings, configured workflows, and system rules.

Automated Processing

TCP may automatically:

Create or update records
Send notifications
Generate reminders
Route leads
Create follow-up tasks
Generate documents
Update statuses
Schedule communications
Organize files and information
Populate fields using available data
Generate recommendations or suggestions

Automated actions may be triggered by:

User actions
Customer actions
System events
Configured workflows
AI-assisted processes
Platform rules and settings

These actions may occur without requiring separate approval each time they are performed.

What Automation Does Not Do

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, TCP will not automatically:

Sign contracts on your behalf
Approve quotes on your behalf
Approve invoices on your behalf
Make hiring decisions
Make legal decisions
Provide professional advice
Enter into agreements on your behalf

Organizations remain responsible for all business decisions.

AI-Generated Content

Certain TCP features may generate:

Suggested messages
Suggested responses
Recommended actions
Draft documents
Operational insights

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or otherwise contain errors. Users should review generated content before relying on it for business decisions, customer communications, legal matters, financial decisions, or other important activities.

Human Review

Organizations are responsible for reviewing, when appropriate:

Quotes
Invoices
Customer communications
Contracts
Documents
Recommendations

before they are finalized, approved, or distributed.

Automation is intended to assist users and improve efficiency but does not replace management oversight, supervision, or professional judgment.

Organization Responsibility

Organizations remain responsible for:

Customer relationships
Project outcomes
Financial decisions
Legal compliance
Business operations
Reviewing platform-generated outputs when appropriate

TCP automation and AI-assisted functionality are tools intended to support users and streamline workflows. Responsibility for decisions, actions, and outcomes remains with the organization using the platform.

Future Automation & AI Features

TCP may introduce additional automation, workflow, and AI-assisted functionality over time.

Continued use of TCP following the release of such features constitutes acceptance of their use as described in applicable documentation, disclosures, agreements, and updated terms.

When significant new automation capabilities are introduced, TCP may provide additional notices or require acceptance of updated terms.

Consent & Agreement

By creating an account, accepting TCP's Terms of Service, accessing the platform, or using TCP, you acknowledge and agree that:

TCP may perform automated actions on your behalf as part of normal platform operation
Automated workflows may create, update, organize, or communicate information based on configured settings and platform rules
AI-generated content, recommendations, and suggestions may contain errors or inaccuracies
Human review remains important for significant business decisions and communications
Your organization remains responsible for reviewing important business decisions and communications
Your organization remains responsible for its business decisions, operations, and compliance obligations
TCP is not responsible for decisions made based solely on automated outputs, recommendations, or generated content

By continuing to use TCP, you consent to automated processing and automation-assisted workflows as part of the platform's normal operation.
